We did significant research to find the best real estate pro in the area, and Marianna far exceeded our expectations. From the initial analysis and research, to preparing the house, to creating the marketing products, to her extensive marketing reach through her tools, the strong relationships she has with other real estate agents, and the relationship she created with both of us--she aced all these areas. Our house hit the market on a Friday evening and we had our first open house the following Saturday. We got offers the same day (above our ask) and closed 5 weeks later.
