Being recently moved to the area and even the process of buying a house, it's really important to have someone who is authoritative that you can trust. While we were going through the process I knew I could rely on Marianna to help us with any questions we had, and I could rely on the answers given to be clear and straight forward. She really made what was a very stressful experience super smooth. When we came to complete we did have a sticky situation with our seller.
